All orders have a 2-3 day processing time before shipment - additional processing time will be added during the holiday season*

We process all orders within 2-3 business days after credit card verification. Orders will ship after they are processed and received. We process orders Monday through Sunday, excluding holidays. Typical delivery is between 8 and 11 business days. 

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Please keep in mind that we get back-logged during sale and holiday time periods, and it could take longer. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us and we will be glad to help.
